Below I have answered some of the most common questions you may have. If your question isn't answered here then just get in touch.

  • What is a typical session like and what do I need to bring?
    A typical session will involve us arranging a time to meet on zoom . During our session we will cover what it is you are looking to achieve and the best path for you to get there. We are likely to cover barriers and emotional blocks in your life and also find areas of your life that bring you joy and satisfaction. We will use past past experiences and visualisation to reinforce new behavioural and thinking habits. Different techniques can be used depending on the client. These can include CBT, NLP and Hypnotherapy. You will only need to bring yourself and an open mind to the session. Some also like to bring a pad of paper to take notes.
  • How fast can I expect results?
    Fast! One of my goals is for you to start feeling different almost instantly, then build upon that. Everyone is different and will see results depending on their circumstance and effort involved in the process. Most clients will feel like a transformation has happened within themselves between 2-6 weeks. For some it will only take one session!
  • Will you tell me what I should or shouldn't do?
    I won’t tell you what to do but what I will do is provide an objective and empowering environment, rather than instruction or indoctrination. At the heart of it all lies the idea that clients must be given the power to help themselves. Offering advice, opinions and judgements would undermine some of the basic principles behind coaching and therapy.
  • What is your style of coaching/therapy?
    I am a result driven. This means I'm not going to just sit and listen week after week like traditional therapy. We take action! It's not alway easy or comfortable and I will challenge you. But this then leads to personal and professional transformations. I use a mixture of techniques and tools to achieve this. These include CBT, NLP and hypnotherapy. By harnessing techniques based on core psychological principles and intuition, I will help you achieve your goals.
  • Does Coaching Work Online? (Zoom)
    Yes, coaching can be just as effective online as it is in person. At Behaviour Influence, we offer online coaching sessions to accommodate our clients' busy schedules and remote locations. Through online coaching, clients can receive the same level of support and accountability as they would in person, making it a convenient and effective option for those seeking coaching.
  • What are your prices?
    Prices vary from person to person. Everyone is unique and has different requirements. On average most clients spend between £330 - £1,000 on a block of sessions that last over several weeks. For all coaching packages I offer an interest free monthly payment plan, this is to ensure that you can choose the package that works for you and to make it affordable. For group sessions or corporate speaking fees range between £1,600 to £8,000+ Please contact me directly if you would like a quote for you or an organisation.
  • How Can Coaching Help Me?
    Coaching can help you in numerous ways. It is a collaborative process that helps you achieve your personal and professional goals by identifying your strengths and weaknesses and working on them. A coach helps you to set realistic goals and then guides you towards achieving them. Coaching is designed to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your behaviour, and to help you identify and overcome any obstacles that may be preventing you from achieving your goals. By working with a coach, you can improve your personal and professional relationships, increase your confidence, and develop better communication skills. Coaching can also help you gain clarity on what you want to achieve in life and develop a plan to get there. It is an excellent way to overcome any limiting beliefs or fears that may be holding you back and to create a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
  • What is a hypnosis audio like?
